Gemma Stanley

Gemma Stanley is a seasoned professional specializing in market development and regulatory innovation, currently serving as the Head of International Market Development and Regulatory Innovation at Uplight since October 2024. Prior to this role, Gemma held various positions at Piclo, including Senior Policy and Regulatory Manager and Policy and Communications Manager from June 2020 to November 2024. Gemma's experience also includes serving as a Senior Policy Analyst and Policy Analyst at the Solar Trade Association from May 2018 to June 2020, and as a Regulatory Analyst at Solarplicity from July 2017 to May 2018. Gemma holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Psychology from Durham University.
