Rajit Malhotra

Rajit Malhotra is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in investment, biotechnology, and healthcare. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of August Holding, Rajit leads private investments and venture initiatives. Rajit co-founded Dyve Biosciences, serving as Chairman of the Board, where innovative transdermal delivery technologies are developed. Rajit also chairs and contributes to various organizations, including Innovative Health Diagnostics, UpLyft™, and Vegolution India Private Limited. Additionally, Rajit holds key roles in healthcare technology at Truentity Health and the UCLA Technology Development Group. Prior experience includes significant leadership at McKinsey & Company and Shantha Biotechnics Limited. Rajit holds advanced degrees from Harvard University and Northwestern University and a bachelor's from The Wharton School.
