Katarzyna Bogdanowicz

Katarzyna Bogdanowicz has over 12 years of experience in human resources. Katarzyna is currently the HR Director for the EMEIA region at UPM Raflatac, where they oversee the HR functions for the Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain organization. Prior to this, they worked at Parker Hannifin, starting as an HR Specialist in Manufacturing and progressing to various roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and Sales Co HR Manager for CEE. Their responsibilities at Parker Hannifin included managing recruitment, implementing HR processes, supporting talent development, and building partnerships within the business. Katarzyna also had experience as a Recruitment Specialist at Call Center Inter Galactica and Adecco. Katarzyna was also a High Potential and Member of the think tank HR Influencers at Personal Brand Institute.

Katarzyna Bogdanowicz's education history includes attending the University of Wroclaw from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Master's degree in Journalism and Social Communication. In 2013, they pursued a postgraduate program in Human Resources Management at the School of Social Psychology in Wroclaw. In 2015, Katarzyna participated in a course called "Train the Trainer" at Wszechnica Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Katarzyna also obtained a certification in "Train the trainer" from the same institution.
