Minna Katila

Minna Katila has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Minna recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at UPM Raflatac since 2016. Prior to that, Minna held various positions at UPM and Nokia, including Director of HR Energy and Global Functions at UPM and Senior HR Manager at Nokia Mobile Phones. Minna has also held management positions at Stockmann. Minna is skilled in HR business partnership, coaching, and managing large teams.

Minna Katila attended the University of Vaasa from 1983 to 1988, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration.
