Tommi Laitio

Tommi Laitio has a strong background in HR and management positions. Tommi is currently the Director of HR for the Paper Laminates SBU at UPM Raflatac, where they lead a team of 8 HR managers and specialists across various locations. Prior to this, they held various HR leadership roles at Konecranes, including HR Director for Supply Operations and HR Director for EMEA North. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing HR activities and managing large teams of HR and payroll specialists. Additionally, Tommi has experience as an HR Manager and as a Factory Manager, where they led and developed supply functions and staff teams.

Tommi Laitio earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Product Development from Häme University of Applied Sciences, HAMK. Tommi attended the university from 1998 to 2001.
