Allison Austin

Allison Austin has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and industries. Allison began their career as a Disability Employment Specialist at CDLE Workforce Center, where they worked to assist special populations in finding employment. Allison then moved on to roles as a Contract Recruiter at Kohler and HR Recruiter (contract) at The Manitowoc Company. Allison then joined SEEK Professionals as the Director of Recruiting, managing a team and providing strategic recruiting solutions to companies. Allison later transitioned to CNH Industrial, where they served as an HR Business Partner, supporting multiple departments and providing coaching to executives. Allison also took on the role of Talent Acquisition Leader, implementing an RPO to recruit for positions. Before their current role, Allison worked at Rexnord as the Global HR Director for Consumer Goods. Currently, they serve as the HR Director for Global Talent Management & Acquisition Strategy and Americas Region HR at UPM - The Biofore Company, responsible for HR strategy and managing a global team.

Allison Austin received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Florida in 1999. Allison has also obtained a PMC Level I certification from Pragmatic Institute in an unspecified year.
