Eija Vihavainen

Eija Vihavainen currently serves as Global Rewards Manager at UPM - The Biofore Company, starting in April 2024. Previously, Vihavainen held the same title at Neste from May 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included base pay management, salary benchmarking, and global benefits. Vihavainen's experience spans various roles in human resources and finance at KONE, including Performance & Reward Specialist for Finland and the Baltics, and positions in financial reporting and controlling. Earlier roles include Assistant Accountant at Lidl and Reporting Assistant at Digital Chocolate Ltd. Eija Vihavainen holds a Master of Science degree from LUT University and has pursued additional studies in psychology and adult education at the University of Helsinki, as well as international marketing during an Erasmus program in Vienna.
