Johanna Hulkko

Johanna Hulkko has extensive work experience in human resources and finance. Johanna is currently the Director of HR Services Solutions and Processes at UPM - The Biofore Company since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Fiskars Group as the Director of People Processes and Systems from November 2019 to October 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Finnair, including Head of HR Processes and Digitalization from April 2019 to November 2019, and Head of HR Services from September 2015 to March 2019. Johanna also has experience as an HR Business Partner and Head of HR Consulting at Finnair and as an HR Manager at St1 Energy Oy and Shell. Johanna has a background in finance, having worked as the Head of Finance Operations at Shell and in various finance roles. Johanna Hulkko took maternity leave during certain periods.

Johanna Hulkko has a diverse education history. In 1993-1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Helia. In 2001-2002, they completed a Leadership Programme at Johtamistaidon Opisto JTO. In 2008, they participated in the Työoikeuden Pro-ohjelma - Local Finnish Labour Law Programme at SanomaPRO. In 2009, they attended the Shell HRitB XVI Leadership Program at IMD. In 2015, they earned a Diploma in Executive HR from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development. Finally, in 2019, they completed the Agile Culture for Change Leaders program, which was a joint program by Yle and Finnair.

Additionally, Johanna has obtained various certifications, including but not limited to: The Art of Living MOOC, Practical AI, Certified Board Member exam, HHJ-tutkinto, and several data science-related courses from LinkedIn. Johanna has also taken courses on career design and human resources.
