Tiiu Koort-Fallström

Tiiu Koort-Fallström has extensive experience in user experience and HR employee experience design, currently serving as a Senior Manager at UPM - The Biofore Company since November 2015. Tiiu's work encompasses management roles in IT Service Experience and Data Management, focusing on enhancing user experience and implementing effective management practices within IT services. Prior to UPM, Tiiu held various positions at Nokia from 2004 to 2012, including Senior Manager of Core Requirements and User Experience Manager, contributing to the design and usability of high-end devices and solutions. Tiiu's career began as a Kindergarten Teacher in Tampere and transitioned into academic roles as a Research and Teaching Assistant, while education includes a Bachelor’s in Pedagogics from the University of Tampere and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Tampere University of Technology. Additionally, Tiiu took a career break for family commitments between 2012 and 2015.
