Brian Finci

​Brian is thrilled to join UpMetrics, where every team member is genuinely enthusiastic about upholding the mission and empowering partners to the fullest extent. In his role as Data Associate, Brian ensures that client data is managed in a scalable and practical manner. He will be designing and implementing multi-use data solutions for clients, manipulating and visualizing large data sets, and continuously improving how the CS team onboards and supports their clients.

​Prior to joining UpMetrics, Brian was a Data Analyst for a startup called all5ive, where he defined, articulated, and measured their clients' individual leadership journey. He graduated from Elon University with a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Sport Management. Over the past 5 years, Brian has lived in California, North Carolina, and West Virginia, and now resides in Texas. From varying climates to differing political beliefs, he loves to meet people from new walks of life. What connects Brian to where he has lived in the past demi-decade is his passion for surrounding himself with others who have vastly different perspectives from his own.
