James Finch

James (Jim) Finch, PMP, CSM, is a Senior Project Manager at Uponor since April 2016, with expertise in leading cross-functional teams to identify, initiate, and execute projects within defined cost, schedule, and quality commitments. Finch has served as Program Manager for the Phyn Plus, an award-winning smart water monitoring device. Previously, Finch was the Director of Program Management at Logic PD, where a Program Management Office was established to enhance communication and project execution efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Program Manager and Software Engineering Manager at Smiths Medical, and Software Engineering Manager at Kodak Health Group, emphasizing operational excellence and team leadership. Finch holds a Master of Science in Software Design & Development from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Cloud State University.
