Maria Saari

Maria Saari is a Junior People Partner at Aiven, a rapidly expanding DBaaS company valued at $3 billion, since March 2021. Prior to this role, Maria was a mentee at Suomen Mentorit ry, participating in a professional growth-focused mentoring program, and served as an HR Project Assistant at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd., where responsibilities included daily HR support and maintaining employee records. Maria's experience also includes roles as a Customer Support Specialist at ABB, with a focus on order handling and aftersales, and as a Real Estate Assistant trainee at Wärtsilä. Maria holds a Master's degree in Economics & Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Vaasa, along with relevant educational experiences from Linköping University and Rangsit University.
