Nikki Rowan

Nikki Rowan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1988 as a Junior-Admin at J H Shaw Electrical Contractors, they have since held various positions at UiE, B&S Visual Technologies, ACCA, and Mapeley. Nikki also served as a Group HR Manager at Sporting Index. Most recently, they worked at UPP, where they were the Head of HR Operations, responsible for leading the delivery of HR shared services for a client group of approximately 950 staff. Throughout their career, Nikki has gained expertise in employee relations, policies and procedures, recruitment, rewards and benefits, learning and development, HR administration, and payroll.

Nikki Rowan attended Clydebank High School from 1983 to 1987, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Nikki then attended Uxbridge College from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued a field of study related to the CIPD, although no specific degree name is indicated.
