Sherieka Baker Brown

Sherieka Baker Brown, GTML™, currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations at GraceKennedy Ltd., a position held since June 2025. Previously, Sherieka held senior roles at VM Group, including Senior Manager of Group Human Resources - Total Rewards and Manager of Total Rewards, from March 2019 to May 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Human Resource & Corporate Development at PROVEN and as Human Resources Manager at GraceKennedy Ltd. from July 2015 to June 2016. Sherieka's career began at Digicel Group, where the role of Group Human Resources Manager was held from February 2008 to May 2015. Sherieka Baker Brown holds an MBA in Strategic Planning from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean.
