This team oversees recruitment strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programs to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure alignment with UPP's mission to provide premier accommodation to students in partnership with leading universities. They also manage HR operations and systems to support the workforce of approximately 1,000 employees, enhancing efficiency and employee experience across the company.
