Sarah Burrell (BSc Hons)

Sarah Burrell possesses extensive experience in IT service assurance and software engineering, currently serving as the IT Service Assurance Manager at Upp since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah spent over three decades at KCOM, beginning as a Software Developer at Ideal Standard, progressing through various titles such as Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Business Consultant. In the latter position, Sarah was involved in strategic initiatives within a Digital Transformation Programme, executing both Epic Owner and Product Manager roles, and applying Scaled Agile Framework principles. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Applied Biology from the University of Hull and a B/TEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from Hull College, complemented by additional training through Trailhead by Salesforce.
