Carolyn Lombardo, M.Ed., CALP, serves as an Intervention Specialist with Upper Arlington City Schools since June 2016, where significant contributions include developing a Behavioral, Emotional, & Social Development Unit for students in grades 6-8, implementing a Trauma-Informed Teaching approach, and taking on leadership roles such as Special Education Department Chair and Co-Chair of the MTSS building team. Prior experience includes serving as a Family Secured Provider at Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities, focusing on academic and life skills for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and working as a Marketing Assistant at Capstone Real Estate Investments. Carolyn Lombardo holds a Master of Education from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Miami University.
