Head Chef at Upper Crust

Jo Plympton has extensive experience in the culinary industry, starting as the BOH Project Manager for cb5 Restaurant Group from 2002 to 2013. They then worked as an Executive Chef at Culinart from 2014 to 2016. They then took on the role of Chef de Cuisine for a private family from February 2016 to June 2016. After that, they served as the Director of Culinary Services at The Delaney at Georgetown Village from June 2016 to September 2017. They worked as a Private Chef for Wonderful Private Family from January 2019 to October 2023, simultaneously working as a Private Chef for Prep Dish and Self-employed as a Chef, both starting in February 2018. Currently, they are working as the Head Chef at Upper Crust since August 2023.

Jo Plympton attended Freeport High School from 1974 to 1979 and obtained a high school diploma. In 1980, Jo enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America and completed an associate's degree in culinary arts in 1981. Additionally, Jo holds a certification in Serve Safe from the National Restaurant Association, but the exact year of acquisition is not provided.
