Shefali Pandey

Shefali Pandey is a Regulatory Affairs Specialist with extensive experience in the field, currently working at Upper Crust since March 2023 and previously at Standard Process Inc. from June 2018 to July 2022. Shefali began their career as a Research Assistant at the FDA in early 2018, where responsibilities included research on polymer nanocomposites and environmental release testing using various analytical techniques. Shefali Pandey holds a Master’s degree in Food Safety and Technology from the Illinois Institute of Technology (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore (2013-2017).
