Jamie Muffler

Jamie Muffler has had a diverse work experience. They began their career as an Office Liaison at UP Health System - Marquette in December 2014 and later became a Patient Service Supervisor in July 2017. In 2018, they transitioned to the Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center where they held multiple roles, including Professional Staff Coordinator and Professional Staff Office and Grants Manager. They then served as the Professional Staff Manager and Compliance Officer before assuming their current position as the Director of Value Transformation and Patient Engagement. In 2019, Jamie also worked as a Program Manager at UP AHEC.

Jamie Muffler earned a Bachelor's degree in Community Health Education from Northern Michigan University between 2011 and 2014. Following that, from 2015 to 2017, Jamie pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Health Care, at the University of Phoenix.
