Kirk Richardson

Kirk Richardson is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Upper Montclair Country Club since March 2014, Kirk has held multiple positions within the organization, including Chef De Cuisine and Grill Cook. Previously, Kirk was the Lead Cook at Langosta Lounge from April 2011 to March 2014 and served as Steward Supervisor at Sandals Whitehouse Resort & Spa from January 2005 to 2009, where responsibilities included managing budgetary aspects and adhering to HACCP standards. Additionally, Kirk held the position of Banquet Captain, overseeing the setup of private beach parties and banquet events. Kirk holds a Level 1 certificate in Food Preparation/Professional Cooking/Kitchen Assistant from Culloden VT C and a high school diploma in Food and Nutrition from Frome Technical High School.
