Sam Bayaa

As UpperEdge’s Practice Director: Project Execution Advisory Service, Sam Bayaa is responsible for the development and delivery of advisory services to clients. These services are designed to maximize the value extracted from systems integrators and mitigate risks associated with IT enabled transformations.

Sam has 12 years of experience supporting multiple complex SAP projects across both the public and private sectors. This includes Federal, CPG, Pharmaceutical and Automotive/Tolling industries.

Prior to joining UpperEdge, Sam was a Technology Consulting Senior Manager with Accenture, responsible for planning, blueprinting, and leading the delivery of large/transformational SAP initiatives. He also supported new strategic pursuits, RFP and orals as a subject matter expert, leveraging his deep background within order to cash, subscription/consumption-based monetization models and customer sales and service functions.

Sam also served as the SAP IT order to cash lead for Reynolds Consumer Products, responsible for key order to cash initiatives. He partnered closely with businesses to identify, prioritize and lead enhancements related to customer sales and services while reporting the overall health of the IT order to cash projects to the CIO.

Sam earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University and an M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
