Michael Lester

Michael Lester is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as Co-founder and Executive Chairman at Nira Medical, which focuses on enhancing neurological and rheumatic care through a technology-empowered, patient-centric model. In addition, Michael holds the position of Senior Advisor at Silversmith Capital Partners and is a board member for several organizations, including the Eating Recovery Center and Upperline Health. Michael previously founded and led LifeStance Health, a major provider of mental health care, and Accelecare Wound Centers. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin.
