Chad Joseph

Chad Joseph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and product management, currently serving as Program Manager II for Driver Strategy and Experience at Walmart since October 2023, and as Digital Strategy Manager at UPS Capital® since April 2023. Previously, Chad held various roles at UPS from 2016 to April 2023, including Product Lead for Value Added Services, where significant initiatives led to over $15 million in cost reductions and enhanced customer experiences. As a co-founder of UPS Innovation, Chad developed a tech-enabled packaging solution to mitigate risks in transit. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an Associate’s Degree from Bergen Community College, Chad excels in driving business strategy and operational improvements through cross-functional collaboration and innovative problem-solving.
