Efrain Inzunza

Efrain Inzunza is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic operations and management, currently serving as the Senior VP of Strategy and Transformation at The UPS Store since July 2002. Inzunza has held multiple leadership roles, including Interim Senior VP of Operations, where responsibility included overseeing the operational strategy for the U.S. retail network. Previous positions also include VP of PMO & Business Information & Analysis, where Inzunza managed project initiatives and data analysis teams, and Regional Vice President, supporting over 1,000 franchise locations. Earlier experience at UPS spanned various industrial engineering roles, culminating as Industrial Engineer Director. Efrain Inzunza is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics.
