Mark de Los Reyes

Mark De Los Reyes, CUA, is an experienced UX Designer and Sr Analyst with a comprehensive background in user research and business analysis. Currently employed at The UPS Store since December 2015, Mark conducts user research to understand target audiences and evaluate usability. Prior experience includes a role at UPS from March 2004 to November 2015, where collaboration with business units facilitated the alignment of technology solutions with user requirements. Additional experience encompasses analysis and solution design at Provenir, strategy development at Nextera Interactive, and requirements elicitation at CGI. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business.
