Elvira Celik

Elvira Celik is an experienced professional in application development and program management, currently leading a development sprint team for the GAPS system at UPS since August 2022. Elvira's expertise encompasses customer-oriented contributions, roadmap definition, business and technical analysis, and overseeing project delivery across various programs including Vulcan and Sparrow/Mustang. With a robust background at UPS since 2002, previous roles include managing complex projects in airline crew scheduling and network planning, and performing enterprise-level analysis for the Brokerage Program. Elvira holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Louisville.
