Hyun Ki Lee

Hyun Ki Lee is an accomplished research scientist currently employed at UPS since January 2022, focusing on computer vision model hyperparameter optimization. Prior to this role, Hyun Ki served as a graduate research assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology from January 2019 to January 2022, conducting projects in contaminated runway safety analysis using machine learning and hybrid electric propulsion modeling. Additional experience includes positions at Georgia Institute of Technology as an assistant and undergraduate student researcher, where Hyun Ki worked on various aerospace engineering projects and developed structural loads models for business jets. Previous internships at Samsung Electronics involved designing hinge damper assemblies and developing testing machines. Hyun Ki co-founded Ractiv Inc., serving as hardware manager and leading the development of consumer electronic products. Educationally, Hyun Ki holds a PhD, a Master's degree, and a Bachelor's degree, all in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
