John-Curtis Cogdell, MBA, has extensive experience in security and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Security's Global Training and Programs Development at UPS since November 2018. Previously, John-Curtis held multiple roles at UPS, including Government Engagement and Intelligence Manager, Area Security Manager, Security Investigator, and Hub Operations Manager. Prior to this, John-Curtis was a National Account Manager and Operations Manager at Grainger from January 2011 to February 2019, focusing on delivering solutions to enhance customer efficiency and leading operational teams. John-Curtis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of North Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
