Shanice Williams

Shanice Williams currently serves as a District Executive with the Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America, where responsibilities include collaborating with community leaders to recruit and mentor youth for Scouting programs. Prior experience includes roles as a Family Case Manager at the Indiana Department of Child Services, focusing on coordinating services for families, and as an Operational Specialist at Brooks Life Sciences, managing biological samples. Shanice has also worked in vital records at the Indiana State Department of Health, conducted trauma cleaning as a Crime Scene Cleanup Tech at Aftermath Services, provided tax assistance as a Contact Representative for the Internal Revenue Service, and handled customer service and administrative tasks at PAR North America. Shanice holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science, both from Indiana Wesleyan University.
