Sriram Balakrishnan

Sriram Balakrishnan is an experienced Agile and Product Coach currently employed at UPS since July 2025, with previous roles such as Sr. Release Train Engineer and Program Manager at Vonage and Program Manager at Mphasis. Sriram has a strong track record in leading programs at the Agile Release Train (ART) level, managing end-to-end project deliveries, and coordinating multiple Agile teams to ensure successful outcomes. With extensive experience in handling key Agile ceremonies, project management, and stakeholder communication, Sriram has demonstrated expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and performance reporting across various organizations, including Tata Consultancy Services and HCL. Sriram holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Guru Nanak College.
