Thomas J. O'Brien

Thomas J. O'Brien is the Managing Director of Enterprise Account Sales at UPS, a position held since 2022. Previously, O'Brien accumulated extensive experience in various sales and management roles at UPS, including National Accounts Sales Manager and East Region Enterprise Accounts Segment Manager. O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Saint John Fisher College and completed the UPS Executive Perspectives program at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
