Johanna Färlin

Johanna Friese is an experienced professional in the field of sustainability and energy policy, currently serving as Product Manager for Sustainability at TES-H2 since June 2023, focusing on the production of green molecules through renewable energy and recycled CO₂. Prior to this role, Johanna provided support for events and partnerships at Women In Green Hydrogen and worked as an Advisor for Hydrogen Certification and Country Manager for Jordan at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. With a background in international energy policy, Johanna has held expertise positions at Deutsche Energie-Agentur GmbH (dena), contributed to projects at various organizations, and gained early experience through multiple internships in international cooperation and development. Academic qualifications include a Master of Economics from Yenching Academy of Peking University and multiple Bachelor's degrees in China Studies and Economics from prestigious institutions.
