Julia Nyström

Julia Nyström is an experienced Project Manager currently leading customer onboarding and support in the CRM system Upsales since February 2024. Prior to this role, Julia was a Business Solutions Consultant at CoreChange AB, where involvement in digitalization and Master Data Management within the pharmaceutical industry took place. Julia also worked as a Management Consultant at HerbertNathan & Co, advising on ERP and HR system implementation and change management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Contracting & Onboarding Specialist at Ework Group while studying, as well as customer service roles at KICKS, Uber, and Klarna. Julia holds a Master class from the University of California, Berkeley, a Bachelor's degree in Business Architecture & Enterprise Systems from Stockholm University, and a high school diploma in Social Sciences from The Viktor Rydberg Schools Foundation.
