Lovisa Kaaling

Lovisa Kaaling has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lovisa is currently working as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Upsales since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Nexus Group - Global as a Customer Success Agent from March 2021 to December 2021, and in the role of Customer Service from December 2019 to March 2021. Lovisa also worked at Nexus Group - Sverige as a Receptionist from April 2019 to December 2019. Before that, they worked as a Receptionist at Middlepoint AB from August 2018 to April 2019. Lovisa also has experience in the retail industry, having worked as a Deputy Head of Customer Service at Ica kvantum from June 2017 to June 2018, and as a Cashier at Ica kvantum from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they gained practical experience in the hospitality industry as an Intern at Scandic Hotels in 2011.

Lovisa Kaaling attended Stockholm University in 2017 where they studied "Socialt arbete 2: Välfärdsperspektiv och rättssliga grunder" for one year. In 2016, they also attended Stockholm University and studied "Socialt arbete 1: introduktion till kunskapsfältet" for one year.
