Michael Lindholm's work experience begins in 2007 at Com Hem AB, where they worked as a Kommunikatör in customer service, handling billing inquiries and providing technical support. Michael also achieved sales goals and won multiple sales competitions during their time there.
In 2008, they worked at Eltel Networks AB as a Kundtjänst/Administratör, handling telecommunication cable orders for the whole of Sweden. Michael then moved on to Samsung Electronics, where they worked as an Administrator handling administrative tasks for Samsung Nordic's Warranty Bill and Customer Service department.
In 2010, Michael had a brief period at Sergel Kredittjänster, working in customer service and handling debt collection cases. Following this, they worked part-time in the service department at Media Markt while studying to be a sales engineer.
Michael's experience in the IT industry began in 2011 at Biztool AB, where they served as an Account Manager responsible for sales and customer relationships for products such as SuperOffice and eMarketeer. Michael then joined Amesto Sverige in 2014 as a Key Account Manager, focusing on sales and customer responsibility for SuperOffice CRM, Visma.net, and related products. In 2018, they took on the role of Business Area Manager for SuperOffice CRM, contributing to the development of existing CRM clients and acquiring new customers.
Most recently, Michael has been working at Upsales since 2023 as a Strategic Account Manager.
Michael Lindholm attended Nackademin from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Försäljningsingenjör. Michael completed their education at this Yrkeshögskola.
