Avi Siegel

Avi Siegel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Starting in Caterpillar Inc. in 2006, Avi served as a Senior Associate Engineer, focusing on the research and development of autonomous mining vehicles. Specifically, they worked on creating simulation models for the program.

In 2009, Avi joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant. During their time there, they managed the development of software tools and mobile apps, specializing in iOS apps and rich internet applications. Avi also served as a project manager and provided training to users.

Avi continued to progress in Booz Allen Hamilton and became an Associate in 2010, where they managed a team working on an ARFORGEN model for the US Army. Avi designed the algorithm and graphical user interface for the model and led client meetings.

In 2011, Avi was promoted to Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they led a team of 30 individuals with expertise in various fields. Avi primarily managed products, oversaw projects and staff, and contributed to marketing activities.

Avi then transitioned to Zaius (later acquired by Optimizely) in 2015. Avi initially served as the Director of Technical Account Management, where they acted as a platform architect for early customers and assisted with marketing campaigns. Later, they became a Product Manager, leading product development and process improvements. Finally, they held the role of Director of Product Management, leading the marketing automation product capability and collaborating with different teams to deliver new features.

In 2021, Avi joined Klaviyo as a Group Product Manager, overseeing product management responsibilities.

Most recently, Avi joined Upscribe in 2022 as the Head of Product.

Avi Siegel completed their education at Carnegie Mellon University. From 2002 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Avi then continued their studies at the same institution in 2006, where they obtained a Masters of Science degree in the same field.
