Brent Eilefson, JD, is an executive team member at Upsher-Smith. With a background in telecommunications, transportation, compliance, and general commercial law, Brent brings a wealth of experience to their role as Vice President, Legal Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to their current position, Brent served as Of Counsel at Leonard, Street and Deinard, Counsel at Nextel Partners, Inc., and held various legal positions at US Bank and Dudley & Smith PA. Brent holds a JD degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where Brent graduated Cum Laude, and a BA in History and Philosophy from St. Olaf College.
