Shaina Agwan

Shaina Agwan has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Shaina is currently working as an Electrical Engineer at KrakenFlex, a subsidiary of Octopus Energy Group. Prior to this, they worked as a Power System Analysis and Design Graduate Engineer at ScottishPower. Shaina also worked as a Researcher at the University of Strathclyde, where they focused on the design of secure hardware-software platforms for energy systems. Shaina has also gained experience as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Danu Robotics and as a Hardware Design Engineer at Gram Power Inc. At Gram Power, they designed PCBs for meters and conducted validation tests for software and hardware. Shaina also worked as a mechanical designer, using software like CREO for 3D designing. Shaina began their career as a Project Trainee at Larsen & Toubro, where they gained experience in CAD software and worked on the design and operations of circuit breakers.

Shaina Agwan completed their Master of Science in Renewable Energy and Environment with Distinction at the University of Strathclyde from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they earned their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Poornima College of Engineering, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Shaina attended Lasea from 2011 to 2013 for their 12th standard education, though the degree obtained during this period is unknown.
