Amy Chen

Amy Chen is the current Chief Operating Officer at UPSIDE Foods. Amy has extensive experience in commercial planning, revenue management, and retail and foodservice sales. Prior to their current position, they served as Senior Vice President of PepsiCo Beverages North America. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's North American beverage business unit. Amy has also worked as a business analyst for McKinsey & Company, where they consulted for financial services, pharmaceutical, non-profit, and transportation clients. Amy has a proven track record of developing operational plans, creating metrics, and identifying cost savings opportunities.

Amy Chen has a JD and MBA from Stanford University. Amy also has an A.B. in Chemistry from Harvard University, where they graduated magna cum laude.
