David Flores, MS, currently serves as the FSQA Manager-EPIC at UPSIDE Foods since October 2022. Previously, David held various roles at Impossible Foods, including Shift Supervisor, Senior Food Safety and Quality Supervisor, and Food Safety and Quality Assurance Supervisor from December 2019 to September 2022. David also worked as the Food Safety, Quality and Development Manager at Anthony Vineyards Inc. from December 2017 to November 2019 and as a Graduate Research Assistant at California State University, Chico, focusing on consumer sensory evaluation of organic vegetables from January 2016 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes positions at Torani, Land O'Lakes, Inc., the Center for Healthy Communities, and Life Extension. David earned a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from California State University, Chico, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Food Science from the same institution.
