Sara Harrison has a diverse work experience, starting their career as a Manager of Employment at Seton Medical Center in 2000. Sara later joined Doctors Medical Center as a Manager of Employment in 2009. In 2010, they became an Associate Director of Human Resources at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics/Grifols. Sara then transitioned to Pandora in 2015, where they held various roles, including HR Business Partner and Sr. HR Business Partner. Sara eventually became the Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner at Pandora. Their most recent position is Director of People at UPSIDE Foods, starting in 2023.
Sara Harrison obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Golden Gate University in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field of study at San Jose State University in 1999.
