Samuel Groh currently serves as the Director of Operations at UPSIDE on Moore, overseeing a 30,000 sq ft food hall with multiple food stalls, a restaurant, and a bar. In addition to this role, Samuel also operates as the Director of Operations at Mothersauce Partners, where responsibilities include project management and team leadership in the hospitality sector. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Director of Implementations at HUNGRY, where Samuel managed new account openings and ongoing relationships, and a long tenure at Restaurant Associates in various leadership roles focused on diversity, operations, and food and beverage management. Samuel is also the founder of GrohNola, a successful granola company that expanded to multiple farmers markets and grocery stores in the DC area. Samuel holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
