Andre D.

Andre D. has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as an Operations Associate at Upside, a fully managed living option for older adults. Prior to this, they were a Fellow at Venture For America and an Intern at Exponential Impact. From 2018 to 2019, Andre worked at Colorado College as a Residential Advisor, Athletic Marketing Assistant, and New Student Orientation Leader, where they led a group of nine freshmen on a backcountry service trip. Andre also worked as an Innovation Consulting Intern at Quad Innovation Partnership, a Youth Resource Center Leader at PASS AmeriCorps, a Catering Assistant at Underground Food Collective, and a Crew Member at Rocky Mountain Youth Corps.

Andre D. began their educational journey in 2013, when they graduated from East High School with a High School Diploma. Andre then attended Conserve School in 2016, although no degree was obtained. In 2017, Andre D. began their studies at Colorado College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2021. Additionally, Andre D. has obtained three certifications: Asana Ambassador from Asana in November 2021, Wilderness First Responder from SOLO Wilderness Medical School in May 2021, and HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy in October 2021.
