Pierre-Alain Studemann has extensive experience in the culinary field, with a focus on nutrition. Currently working at Fondation Polyval as Msp Cuisine Polyval Cafétéria Dragonet and Msp Cuisine Polyval Vevey Restaurant N°6. Pierre-Alain also holds a Certificat de formation en nutrition from Shaw Academy.
