Juliana Simmons

Juliana Simmons is an experienced professional in philanthropy and development, currently serving as the Head of Philanthropy at Upsolve since September 2024 and as a Development Writer for the Healthy Schools Campaign since May 2023. Previously, Juliana held the position of Philanthropy Manager and Grants Manager at the Mission Asset Fund from May 2022 to September 2024. Juliana also contributed as a Grants Manager for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford and Cecil Counties from August 2018 to February 2024 and developed programs as a Program Manager at Migrant Clinicians Network from September 2014 to August 2018. Early career experience includes roles as a Health Educator at CARES Mobile Safety Center and an AmeriCorps VISTA member. Juliana holds a Master of Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Science in Public Health from the Bloomberg School of Public Health, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Salisbury University.
