Bob Ray brings more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications and expense management to his role as an UPSTACK Partner. He is skilled in negotiation, sales, professional services, contact centers and cloud communications management, and has a constant focus on customer success.

Bob co-founded NPG Solutions LLC, an independent technology and communications solutions advisory firm based in New Albany, Ohio, in 2009 with fellow UPSTACK partner Bill Fuller. The partners have played a key management consulting role for some of the most profitable companies in the U.S. and abroad by having an unrelenting commitment to quality and efficiency.
