Polina Kashina

Polina Kashina is an experienced professional in the audio-visual and event production industry, currently serving as an Audio Video Technician and Lead Technician at Encore since February 2023. With a diverse background, Polina has worked as a Stagehand at Upstage Center Inc., an AVT at Rhino Staging & Event Solutions, and a Street Team Member at Sumerian Records since 2018, engaging audiences and promoting music. Previous roles include a Production Assistant in a self-employed capacity and representing brands such as TAKIS during a concert and FOX 24 during the Super Bowl as a Brand Ambassador. Polina's career began in administrative support at Parker Drilling Company, where responsibilities included managing logistics and coordinating meetings. Polina holds an Associate’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Mount Royal University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
