Aparna Bagade

Aparna Bagade currently serves as a Senior Associate at Upstart Co-Lab, focusing on impact investing for women and BIPOC founders in the creative economy. Previously, Aparna held the position of VP of Impact Measurement at Microlumbia Impact Fund and completed an MBA at Columbia Business School, where notable achievements included serving as Co-President of both the Follies and Financial Literacy Club, as well as being a Three Cairns Climate Fellow and a recipient of the Irwin & Beatrice Klipstein Scholarship. Aparna also contributed as a Three Cairns Climate Fellow at Safi Organics Ltd., enhancing processes for carbon-neutral fertilizer products. Prior experience at Deloitte spanned several roles in financial crime, specializing in change management and business architecture. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick and several qualifications in anti-money laundering and financial compliance.
