Teal Frost

Teal Frost is a Recruiter at UpStart Talent. Teal has worked in talent acquisition for over seven years, most recently with UpStart Talent, where they work with founders to build powerful teams.

Prior to joining UpStart Talent, Teal worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner with Interbrand, where they were responsible for acquiring talent for Interbrand's New York and San Francisco offices across operational, creative, and technology disciplines. During their time with Interbrand, Teal transferred from New York to San Francisco to help Interbrand grow its presence on the west coast.

Before working in talent acquisition, Teal worked as an Administrative & HR Manager with The Junkluggers and as a Social Media Intern with General Linguistics, LLC. Teal also spent two years working as Cruise Staff/Events Hostess with Norwegian Cruise Line.

Teal Frost has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Acadia University, a High School diploma from Colegio Motivo, and a Spanish degree from Universidad de Belgrano.
